Bump Update: Week 39

Only one week to go, officially. I had been hoping our little boy would be here by now but no such luck.  Technically, he's still right on time, but every day I'm still pregnant feels like FOREVER....
The good news: there is an end in sight.

I've been having urges to bake so I made both a banana cream pie and a lemon meringue pie.  The banana cream pie was for my friend's birthday and the lemon meringue pie was just for fun :) I thought they both turned out FANTASTIC considering it was my first attempt on both!  Jonathan even had multiple bites of the lemon meringue pie and said it was actually good.  For those of you who don't know Jonathan that means I pretty much made the best pie ever ;)

Other than baking, not much is going on.  Just lots of waiting.  Jonathan and I have been going on long walks every evening in the hopes that it will help our baby along.  It hasn't yet, but the exercise and fresh air have been helping me sleep much better and I feel better over all.  ( a little less like a pregnant blob hahah)

Well, here are pictures from week 39! And yes, I have gotten a lot bigger in the last week and a half.  I think it looks like I'm holding a large pumpkin in my arms!
