Spring 2012

This spring has been so nice and relaxing.  Jonathan and I have been going on hikes, watching new movies, and trying new recipes.  He is now working at Sewell Direct, a company in Orem that specializes in home electronics.  We are so happy to be staying here in Utah!  It's such a beautiful place to live and it means that I can also finish school :) We also have a lot more adventures planned for this summer.

Just a couple weeks ago Jonathan and I took one of our many hikes up Rock Canyon.  We walked along the mouth of the canyon on the Bonneville shoreline trail.  It was such a beautiful evening.    

 We hiked all the way to the top of this huge rock on the top of the hill.  It was scary but so beautiful.

On our way down the mountain Jonathan and I found a small cave hidden away in the rocks and he decided to crawl down into it.  It was hilarious.










This is a picture of one of the personal sized chocolate cheesecakes that Jonathan and I learned how to make.  The crust didn't turn out perfect but it was delicious anyways :)
